After graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration from Cal State San Bernardino, I began my career as a member of the 2004 MIT class. My career ladder is a textbook case of an operations-focused leadership path. Upon completion of the MIT Program, my first assignment was Operations Manager at SCP Riverside, CA. I was quickly promoted to the Assistant Branch Manager after a mere six months and then again to Branch Manager SCP Modesto, CA 18 months later. In 2008, I moved from California to Washington state to manage our Seattle branch. In 2013, I was promoted to Zone Manager and in 2017 I became Regional Manager of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii initiating strategic efforts to support my team and increase our market share. 2023 brough my promotion to General Manager of the Pacific Division. In this role, my territory has grown to now include Northern California, Hawaii, Reno and Lake Tahoe, NV, and my team now consist of 265 employees.
